A Soviet-made manometer that measures pressure in units of "kgf/cm²" (kilogram-force per square centimeter), with a measurement range from 0 to 10 kgf/cm². It has a classic analog dial with an arrow indicator. The dial has a scale from 0 to 10 kgf/cm². Under the scale there is a designation of the model or series of the device: "IKV 90". The indicated accuracy of the device is "accuracy class 4", which means that the measurement error does not exceed 4% of the full scale. Presumably, this manometer was used to measure low and medium pressure values, for example, in water supply or compressed air systems. The rim of the manometer is made of a transparent material, probably plastic or fiberglass, which allows you to protect the dial from mechanical damage. The photo shows a metal base, which probably serves to connect the device to the system in which pressure measurements are made. On the accompanying document, there is an inscription in Russian, which is probably the operating instructions or technical passport of the device. The document shows the name of the company that manufactured the device: Kombinat Electron, which may be one of the Soviet factories specializing in the production of technical devices.
