Description: Nice French Striking Carriage Clock A very good quality French striking Carriage clock which strikes on the half hour once then three times at three etc. The dial is enamel and looks good as does the glass which are all bevelled and in good shape. The platform also looks good.The clean movement is nice and working/striking but stops sometimes needs a clean and has 'Made in France' is etched on the back plate. A double ended winding key is provided. Measures 7in tall inc handle x 3.5in wide x 3.25in deep.This delightful clock is working but not tested for accuracy so is sold as seen, not working for restoration/parts only with no guarantees or returns.
