She has a banner across her chest saying Winter Wishes, and a gathering of tiny Christmas glass balls at her waist. The top of her dress is trimmed in tinsel. She wears a silver crown, and carries a wand holding a silver bird. Her face is really lovely. She stands on a snow sprinkled oval base which measures 7 inches.
