Description: Tested & working perfectly! Includes console (with Loopy controller board & Chameleon capture card installed), stylus, SD card, USB to connect to PC & charger. No games or laptop included. Console has been region unlocked to play any region cartridge game. Nintendo eShop is US shop only. Capture card and Loopy controller mod works perfectly and outputs sound / video and controller registers all inputs just fine. You will need to download the software / drivers in order to display from the 3DS to your computer. I believe this is only for Windows, but there may be workarounds for a Mac. Console is in good shape. There are a few light scratches on the exterior and the top screen has some yellowing. Please see photos for more detail.
