I do not believe these will work with the Gen 4 or Gen 5 Glock mags, only the previous generation models, but I could be wrong, I am not up on all the Glock gen differences. And I also believe they only work with G36 mags. These will give you a place for your pinky finger when gripping the pistol and add one round of capacity according to the manufacturer.
