Description: №Kalen 1204 "Winter Evening" is a captivating oil painting that conjures the chilly essence of a snowy evening in a rustic village. The masterful strokes and impasto technique infuse the canvas with a tactile sense, making viewers feel as if they could almost reach out and touch the crystalline snow. The dominant shades of cool blues, silvers, and purples paint a scene awash with the dim light of dusk. The houses, covered in a thick blanket of snow, exude a sense of timelessness and solitude. Their roofs, weighed down by fresh snowfall, have sharp angles that contrast beautifully with the soft, undulating drifts on the ground. The light emanating from the windows suggests warmth and coziness inside, a stark contrast to the freezing world outside. A particularly striking element is a barren tree, its gnarled branches reaching out like skeletal fingers against the twilight sky. This tree, stripped of its foliage, stands as a silent witness to the changing seasons, adding depth and character to the composition. The ground is a mosaic of snowy patches, footprints, and scattered twigs, hinting at the daily life of the village's inhabitants. It's easy to imagine children playing earlier in the day, leaving behind the imprints of their joyous activities. In the bottom corner, the artist's signature rests, serving as a humble testament to their creation. "Winter Evening" is not just a painting; it's an experience that transports viewers to a serene winter landscape, reminding them of the silent beauty that nature bestows during its coldest months. *** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Winter evening"* ARTISTS: Kalenyuk Oksana* SIZE: 30x40 cm/'11.81x15.74 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: Photos provide accurate information about the product.
