The painting depicts a country farm home with a fence, a tree and several chickens (see photos). The item may be signed by the artist, but I am not sure (see photos and look at photo #6). I am not sure if it signed or not. The painting is old, and it was professionally framed later (see photos). The painting is from an estate liquidation (see photos). The framed painting in total measures about 17 inches high, and it is about 14 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame or the matting measures about 9.5 inches high, and it is about 6.5 inches wide. The wooden picture frame has some scuffs, scratches and some wear. The painting has been protected under glass, and it has minimal wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). This is a nice professionally framed American rural landscape painting with chickens to add to your collection.
