Description: Olympics 1936: Set of 2 magazines - one published before, one after the games the magazines were published by a Berlin newspaper company - both measure 26,5 x 36,5 cm, each has 97 pages, they are written in German, however, on the last page they headlines are translated in English and French Olympia-Sonderheft was published before the games 16.6.36) and showed a picture of JO as one of the favorits The 16 olympic days were published after the games, in German with translation of the headlines the size of each booklet is about 11 x 15,5 - in volume they differ from 32 to 64 pages - there is plenty of text as well as many b&w photos (see last scan) magazines are in a excellent good condition - used but well stored - especially when you take their age of more than 87 years into account - WWII etc. Postage will be USD 22.50 - that includes registered and tracking - Attn.. please note that for the time being I will not sell to coluntries that have not openly condemned the russian aggression against the Ukraine - especially Russia, Belarus, China, Serbia, India and the like this a private sale as I have to start to get rid of my olympic collection; I collected for abouit 50 years and will list many, many things over the next months, years - who knows how long so it is a good idea to look into my site once right now - but in the future once in a while - you sure will find something of interest - not just on olympics 1936 - but also on the games before and afterrwards
