Description: Saul Mineroff modded L400. these little recorders where used extensively for surveillance before digital recorders became popular. this one was modded to add an external mic input jack. i tested it and ffwd/rew/play all worked but i only had a blank tape. can hear hiss from speaker. cant test record as it requires a tiny headphone type connector to get audio into it. tape door gets stuck and requires fingernail to pop it open. this thing worked for a living! tape is not included.
