About Our Illustrations and Prints Each and every one of our digital illustrations is meticulously created to provide a beautiful and detailed representation of the subject. We use heavy weight, 230 gsm, archival matt inkjet photo paper. The higher the grams per square metre (gsm) value, the heavier and higher quality of the paper. For comparison purposes, standard printer paper is usually 70-80 gsm. The printing surface of "archival" papers are free from acid and other impurities which would otherwise cause fading over time when exposed to light.
