Pictures show measurements. CONDITIONHas a small hole on the back at above "America" as shown in the pictures. This can be fixed by sewing a small American flag over the hole. I think the hole came from a price tag strap. Also, please see measurements as this seems a little tight for a 3X. It is women's judging from button placement.
