Description: Up for auction is the hard cover book The Heroes by author Rev. C. Kingsley. It is a book of old Greek fairy tales published by Cambridge: Macmillan and Company in 1856. It is in good used condition with near white to white pages, no rips or tears, & no pages missing. There is some damage to the spine. One of the owners put a sticker on the inside of the front cover with his name and there is a sticker on the inside of the back cover from W.& G. Foyle Ltd. of London. It is inscribed on the inside of the first page as a gift from an aunt. Please look closely at the pictures to determine the condition/grade before you bid. We are not the original owners having gotten this decades ago at an estate auction. It has been stored away in a climate controlled area of our smoke free home with other paper items & books since we have owned it. It measures 5 3/4" x 8" and has 208 pages. This is a great collectible book at a great price with no reserve. Please feel free to ask any questions.I will ship this to you carefully packaged in a box via media mail.
