We can not guarantee temperament or personality, as this can change with development and during the breeding season. We can project, but not guarantee adult coloration or pattern of reptiles as this also varies with development. - Reptiles and all other items do not come with an warranty. -To report issues with your package, A clear photo of deceased items in it’s ORIGINAL packaging is required as the ONLY proof of death on arrival (DOA). This is the only evidence we will accept to qualify for a refund or replacement - Refunds or replacements will not be issued for isopods & non- reptile live items that have been put in desired living space (cage, bin, enclosure, bioactive setup, etc.). Once isopods or non reptile live items are inserted in desired living space then LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE and time to report is voided, even if the time window of 1 hour has not been met yet.
