These are made from hardened stainless steel and have a "zero Glare" satin chrome finish . The 12" is is 1” wide by .085" thick and the 6" is .800" wide and .085" thick. These are hefty and substantial rules. These scales are precision etched and black filled for long life and easy readability and graduated with 1/8" and 1/16" increments on one side and 1/32" and 1/64" on the other side. Hooks can be used on either side of the rule and ensure that the rule is accurately aligned with the edge of your work.
