He starred opposite Elizabeth Taylor, playing his frustrated wife. Here we have a black-and-white photo from that drama signed in black Sharpie by Newman over three decades after the film’s release. He did so in the early 90’s when he was exploring the possibility of doing documentaries for American Movie Classics and graciously agreed to sign some items for an AMC exec who was a great fan of the actor. That individual’s collection of Newman memorabilia has been consigned to us. This item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
