This unit powers on and all 4 channels are working but it needs to be gone through and cleaned up, the knobs are scratchy when being adjusted and need to be in the right place to sound good. I have not tested all inputs and outputs, but most were tested and working. Please view pictures for condition details, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
