Description: This is a vintage original passenger's Annual Pass issued by the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad (associate of the greater New York Central RR system operating in Pennsylvania and Ohio) for the year 1921. It is issued to an officer of the Toledo & Ohio Central RR, and is personally signed in ink. VG condition overall, shows some normal wear from being carried.
