Every Pokemon has most ribbons, near-perfect IVs, all non level 5 Pokemon have max EVs, as well as every Pokemon having moves adjusted to be battle ready. Every Pokemon available is level adjusted as well to enjoy for a fresh & new play-through. This is the perfect copy for taking on any challenge, and a great one for eventually transferring over to Pokemon Emerald to conquer the Battle Frontier, if you so desire.
