This auction features a vintage battery operated late 1970's era Porsche 928 style sports car, with a Wind Surfer Sail Board, in the original Box. Toy was produced by New Bright Toys of Hong Kong, around 1978-1979. It is in nice condition, with little to no playwear, in the original Box (with storage wear). This is the unusual "Black" rally car with the sail board on the rack, which is usually paired up with the silver 928. Vintage Porsche 928 luxury sports car, #1143, is 8" long (20cm). It is in nice lightly played with condition. It has smooth finish, strong colors, with good chrome and glass (see pics). All hubcaps are here. Tires are good. The battery op. motor works well and the car runs smoothly, with the "Bump n Go' action. The board does show some light yellowing in spots, which is common with this toy. (not major). Has Rally Race numbers and sponsor logos. Battery box looks like new. Original Box is complete, with inserts, but has considerable storage wear.Item works well and displays nicely and, while not quite mint, should make a great addition to your vintage battery operated Porsche or New Bright plastic toy collection.
