Description: This is an OEM ported NNBS/TBSS cathedral intake manifold swap combo The manufacturer part number is 12580420, and it fits directly as a replacement without any issues, cathedral head style - I also have square port style intakes as well Improved throttle response, generally 10-20whp gains over a unported TBSS intake which is already a common bolt on mod for many Gen 3 and 4 LS engines providing huge top end power, while maintaining low and midrange torque The intake was enlarged using 80 grit cartridge rolls, with each runner being measured with a dial caliper to ensure the same size, after confirming all runners were the same size the intake the Intake was finished in a cross buff removing excess glue and defects in the intake while also paying attention to not taking to much material so that, furthermore I tried to get as deep into the runners as possible, to ensure the runners have the same size all the way through The 87mm DBW throttle body was also ported, starting off with a carbide burr and finished in 80-120 Grit followed by a polish crossbuff and measures 96mm in diameter Intake also comes with 36lb flex injectors and is ready to be swapped onto your Engine with all sensors and hoses intact
