Description: Premier Royal Scot pipe drum snare, 1960's? drum features snares top underneath the head and bottom like a normal snare drum. Very sensitive you can hear every touch of the stick. Maple re-rings top and bottom , it's heavy duty made drum .This one is all original with die cast hoops top and bottom, strainers work perfectly, the chrome is in great shape with just signs of use like some light to heavy scratches and pitting , no real rust to speak of. It's been used but not abused. It has not been cleaned at all so with a good cleaning it will shine like new money. Here's the down side the material has given up in several areas and is coming loose. In my opinion if it were disassembled I believe the material could be salvaged by regluing and clamping it down but you could also recover the drum easily and it would be near perfect. Nothing is missing and it even comes with the original slotted head drum key that tucks away in it's own chrome holder on the drum.
