Description: PRICE REDUCED 7/1/2024: CASE XX-USA Advert Jacknife for Trico, vin. 2010s: I have a new respect for Trico Windshield Wiper Blades. The advertiser incentive gimmick is made by Case Knives, and is a single blade lockback jacknife. Pretty high class gift; I'd expect a high quality one made by Union or Utica, but not Case, just because of the expense. The knife consists of stainless steel blade and bolsters, brass frame, genuine wood handles with five brass pins, and a sure (but not painful) lock-back spring. The advert is embossed and painted into the front handle. The position seems to be upside down to me, but what do I know about art-design. Only thirty-five years in the graphic arts, buy hey... The pattern number seems to indicate a special one, not in the usual Case format (see photos). Value here is in well made pattern of top quality material.
