For that reason, we recommend: 1) NOT dumping the entire bag out as this will be messy 2) Working in an area that is easily cleanable and away from fans or breezes. 3) Taking the feathers out of the bag one or two at a time and giving them a gentle shake while still in the bag. This will help minimize any mess & most fluff and dander (natural feather shaft shedding) will remain in the bag.
