Description: For sale is a Rainbow Vacuum System. E2 Type 12. This is a 2 Speed Model. According to the Serial Number, this one has the v3 Motor. Made in USA. This vacuum cleaner has scuffs, dings and scratches from use but works great (please see the video). The dolly has more scars than anything else. The motor works as it was designed to. This unit smells fine when it isn't running, but after a minute of use, the air around it smells like a dog. I cleaned the whole unit and soaked the HEPA filter to try to eliminate the smell. That removed about 90% of it, but it still smells like a dog. If you have dogs in your house, this smell probably won't be a problem. Please don't buy this from me if you can't handle dog smell. In the video, the vacuum is running in LOW Speed at the beginning. Toward the end, I turned the power off and then turned on HI Speed. Everything in the first picture is included: Main Unit 2.5 Quart Water Basin Dolly The small brush / wrench is included on the underside of the Main Unit.
