Condition: This 'Kick The Cheat' plush for sale is used, has some wear, and has some light marks from years of ownership. The Cheat also does not "talk" (or make sounds anymore). 'The Cheat' is in a smoke-free home, and is currently sitting safely in a cool/dry space waiting for a new home. As for any age related wear or marks: I don't feel comfortable trying to clean, or open The Cheat up to try to change the batteries. There is no opening for batteries, but there are videos on how to perform Kick The Cheat Voicebox Replacement Surgery if you feel so incline.
