Description: For your consideration is this interesting handmade lock from a Pennsylvania Dutch chest. It has an etched decoration that resembles a cornstalk or some other kind of plant - at least that's what it looks like to me. Or, could it be a maker's mark. The large piece measures approximately 6-1/2" long, 4-1/2" across the widest point and 3" across the narrowest end. The keyhole is approximately 3-3/4" long, 2-3/8" at the widest point. The part shaped like an arrow head measures about 3-2/8" long and 1-1/8" wide. Combined weight for all pieces shown is one pound, seven ounces. As you can see, there is a bit of surface rust here and there. I use USPS ground advantage and ship next business day upon cleared payment.
