Description: INVREF#UC 1940's Ted Williams Boston Red Sox RARE Litho Portrait Lorenzo deNevers Scarce!! Here is a Lorenzo deNevers litho of the Spendid Splinter, The Kid, Teddy Ballgame, the one and only Ted Williams. Perhaps the Best pure hitter to ever play the game of Baseball. This litho has wear as shown as best I can, as the paper is old. The original hangs in the Adams Memorial Library in Rhode Island. Condition: Paper is old and has creasing with some small Color age disrortion at the border edges. 12"x16" It is amazing how much artist Lorenzo de Nevers captures the swing and follow through motion of Williams. The oil painting looks type one of the early Bowman card art renderings. I could not match it up to a specific year. Don't miss out on this early 1940s litho art print of the Spledid Splinter. Buyer pays shipping. See photos for more details on the exact piece you will receive. Shipped carefully rolled.
