Description: Selling a 1961-1971 International Scout spare tire wheel cover. This is for the spare tire only, not for a 4x4 as the center holes on those are much smaller. Overall it is in nice original condition. The stainless is in great shape, there are a few small scratches and dirt spots but no dents or rash. It has a tiny "wave" on the inner lip which can be seen from the reverse side picture, it is not noticeable with the emblem in place. I do NOT have the center insert, it is only what is seen.
