Description: Original Vintage Photo of Audrey Totter: Stunning Hollywood Beauty of Film Noir. Miss Totter (1917 - 2013) was a beautiful classic actress. She began her career in radio and moved to film in 1944. She was perfect in “bad girl” roles, such as portraying a criminal, gold digger, or two-timing wife. She became known for acting these characters so flawlessly. She later starred in television, on such shows as ”Cimarron City” and “Medical Center”. A beautiful actress. My grandmother and mother collected film star photos and autographs from their respective eras. I have silent movie star photos left from my grandmother, and film stars from the 1940s and 1950s left from my mom. My mom kept her collection in a scrapbook (and then removed them); and also numbered her photos in the order received. I try to note all signs of pasting, numbers, pinholes, etc. in the description. (The red ebay sign will not be imprinted on the photo; it is a security mark to prevent copying.) This matte photo measures 3.5” by 5”. It is numbered with a 122 in the top righthand corner. A pinhole is centered in the top white border. Slight discoloration is visible along the right white border (possibly from being handled). The left side of the photo displays slight waving. This is a publicity photo; the autograph is imprinted. The reverse side indicates pasting; the pasting does not impede the presentation of the photo.
