This dish features a beautiful yellow floral pattern on glossy milk glass. This 2 1/2 quart capacity dish is # 475-B. It is a promotional piece and is in an uncommon mustard yellow. Introduced to the consumer in 1964, this design was a pre-curser to the Verde design introduced in 1967. The dish is oven-safe, refrigerator safe, and has handles for easy transport. It was manufactured in the United States using fused glass production technique. lid. This rare piece is in excellent condition - look like it was rarely if ever used- perfect for collectors and enthusiasts of vintage Pyrex products. This piece was purchased at a local estate sale along with a matching larger bowl which I will be listing separatley.
