The five signatures are (in chronological order): Bob Mathias (1952); Milt Campbell (1956); Rafer Johnson (1960); Bill Toomey (1968); Bruce Jenner (1976). In the frame: 12-3/4"x16-1/4"; frame opening: 9-1/2"x13"; paper cast: 8-1/2" x 12". The glass frame does have a few light scratches and scuffs.
