The material is about .120" thick Standard Stratocaster HSH pickup configuration The pickguard comes with a protective masking on the front to protect it during installation. Exchanges/returns are accepted as long as the masking is not removed. Proudly made in the USA from American made materials. Will not fit Asian manufacture, floyd rose, vintage reissue or Squier models without modifications to either the guard and/or guitar body. If you are unsure if this will fit your guitar, and do not have the resources to perform simple modifications, please message me before purchasing and let me know the manufacturer of your guitar, the model and it's country of origin and I will try to give you some guidance.
