If you believe an electrical item to be faulty and it still has warranty, we will cover the cost to return the item to us for assessment. If your item is deemed to have been damaged by your use, or was dropped during use, you will be required to re-imburse us for the shipping charges we paid to return the item before we return the product to you and the warranty may be void. If the product is deemed to be faulty from the manufacturer, you will not be required to do anything.
