Given the nature of this being eStream's (manufacturer) first figure processed, the figure became a fragile distribution mess, others had breakage issue when shipped. Hence, when I received mine, I had two clean breaks from within this package. One, being the hair-tie piece in the back (shown in picture). The other is an ice effect piece on the right (shown in circled picture) which holds onto another ice effect quite well. The rest of the figure is in pristine quality, only being shown in the display case. The display case has three lighting features: Ice blue white, purple, and white. Includes the power chord.
