There is no significant damage to the crystal warranting replacement. While we have not polished the watch, it is possible that the watch has been previously professionally polished. The bracelet will fit an approximately 6.75"-7" wrist size. Unfortunately, we do not have additional links that can be included with the shipment. The service history of the watch is unknown. However, the watch does not need a service. The watch is running at approximately +5 seconds per day. The purchase comes with a one year, in house, limited warranty on the movement of the watch. The warranty does not cover abuse, cosmetic damage, or water damage.
