Description: Greetings, fellow stamp enthusiasts. If you purchase this set of Russian stamps and you're NOT 100% pleased, send me a text, and please retain the stamps. I'll promptly refund you the full purchase price. No questions asked! I acquired this set of CTO (canceled to order) stamps from a merchant seaman in 1971 whose ship was docked near Hachinohe, Japan, in the Honshu prefecture. I hope the Scott numbers I inserted are correct. I jotted them down way back when I acquired the stamps. These stamps have never been removed from paper and still retain their original light gum, typical of Russian stamps from the 1960s. These stamps were canceled to order. However, they were hinged at one time, but the hinge residues are extremely light. The original glue appears mostly intact. (The hinge residue may not show up on the attached photos.) It appears These stamps celebrate and give tribute to a number of occupation specialties in the U.S.S.R. Please check out the attached photos. The stamps pictured are the EXACT stamps you will receive, and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed or your money back, and I request you keep the stamps with my thanks. I strive for the same or next business day shipping when possible. Thank you very much. Semper Fi........First Sergeant FREE SHIPPING
