Communist party of the USSR made a decision to build country houses the same way as they built in cities. They would have the same utilities (water, sour, gas, paved roads, etc.) like city houses have. The plan was to build about 400 experimental villages around the USSR. My goal was to visit these construction sites and to prepare a report for the Soviet Ministry department about the construction progress.
