They've been scratch built here in the Pghtrainfanatic workshop using a highly detailed images printed on our HD matte Vinyl, then precisely mounted to a sturdy 1/2" thick foam board. This is a set of 2D flats pre built to appear 3D. They are not plastic building models. Warm white Leds are wired on some of the flats, adding a nice touch for a lighted backdrop. The flats feature many highly printed details and and smoke stacks with smoke (cotton) coming out.
