Unit powers on to the setup screen. Inside, the unit has a TurboNZet card installed and has an ethernet cable run out of a fan mounting hole on the bottom, with a keystone jack mounted at the rear. Non-destructive installation!TiVo drive is unlocked (30GB Quantum HDD), and the TurboNet drivers have been installed. The drive has been backed up both before and after TurboNet installation. You may need to complete setup or change something else to get it up 100%. I will include the tools and old documentation I have gathered.TiVo is currently running 2.5.1-01-1-010 software and is a Stand Alone unit. I am no expert with this hardware or how to get it fully working with a TV service, but it looks healthy and good to go! I'll gladly answer any questions or check anything with it, within reason. Remote control is NOT included, but it uses the Sony RMT-V303, which can be had around eBay.
