They NEW from before 1950. Belonged to Lou Roth, founder of Craftool Co. Lou Roth ensured each stamp was numbered by McMillen. ALMOST ALL ARE NUMBERED AND MAKERS MARKED. The stamps are "browned" finished (like Bob Beards are blued) and the shafts have blue paint. If this is a problem, acetone or similar will take paint off. The stamps are not set up numerically. The stamps must have been placed as he got them. The stamps are unique, old and numbered. Impossible to find this many old new stamps in a single set. The price for this set is $16,500 ($50/stamp).
