Description: This clock is in nice cosmetic condition for its age. The movement can run for the full 8 days, and keep accurate time, but it has issues. First, when chiming, the clockworks sound very noisy (listen to video). Second, there is a also one bushing on the time side that is getting worn down and probably will need to be rebushed in the not so distant future. Finally, the biggest issue is that the center arm that the minute hand attaches too, has too much play in it. If you look at the last two HD pictures, I have shown pictures of the rod pushed out and pushed in. When it's pushed in all the way, the gears don't connect, and while the pendulum will stay in motion, the hands no longer move. Technically, this clock will run if you set everything just right, and not touch it. But I wouldn't recommend that. I see this as a project clock for someone. I have too many projects of my own to deal with currently, so I'm offering this clock at a discounted price in its current state. You are buying the clock + Key + Weight seen in the pictures. It will be very carefully packaged and shipped promptly. The clock is 9 and a quarter inches wide, 4 and a half inches deep, and 14 and a half inches at its peak. This item will be shipped through Fedex so we CANNOT ship to PO/APO/FPO boxes!
