They are 97% Cotton, 3%Polyurethane blend made in Japan. They have a ripstop box texture. I show this in the closeup pic. These look like casual to light activewear attire. They wear like a ripstop jogger except they do not have elastic ankles like joggers would. The elastic waistband can stretch a couple inches more than the measured pic with the elastic rested.
