*Signed* The Way We Were Band of Brothers by Forrest Guth 101st Airborne

Description: A unique and rare find at an estate sale of a former history teacher. It was determined after the book was purchased that it was signed by two members of the Band of Brothers. Inside the book, was a piece of paper signed by four members of the Band of Brothers with a replica patch. In the right margin of page 9, Paul C. Rogers “Hayseed” (7/12/1918-3/16/2015) and Buck Taylor (9/28/1920-8/24/2011) signed their names. However, the signatures were smeared, so they signed their names on a piece of paper with Darrell Cecil “Shifty” Powers (3/13/1923-6/17/2009) and Earl “One Lung” McClung (4/27/1923-11/27/2013). The book itself is very rare. It is in very good condition with creasing along the corners of the front and back covers and some pages. Paul Rogers’ name is underlined on page 21. Buck Taylor’s name is underlined on page 28. Please see pictures of actual items sold.
