Many are still new and haven’t been used. Also includes a magnetic charging cable. The screen is in great condition, but the screen protector has a couple of cracks (pictured). Overall the phone is in visually great condition. Phone has been factory reset and is ready to use. FLAWS: The charging/data port on the side of the phone does not work. This will need to be fixed. The magnetic charging cord must be used to charge the device. Since this phone does accept Micro SD cards, all data can be moved on and off the phone using the SD card. In addition, the battery is going bad and needs to be replaced. The battery does not hold a charge for very long and drops quickly.
