Description: **IMPORTANT TWO PART SALE**READ DESCRIPTION** I purchased this crane system approximately 2 years ago for a building we had just moved in to. By the time all of the equipment arrived, we had already found a fast and convenient way to move/rotate our trailer frames. All parts are still brand new, in fact still palletized and shrink wrapped. Additionally, we have all of the steel if you choose to purchase it separately. We paid just over $26k for the steel and are willing to sell it for $10k if wanted. The steel was purchased for the posts, supports, beams (see size and dimensions on photos 8-9)and it is in good condition. It's been stored outdoors, but covered. It has some light surface rust that can easily be removed. The crane system is a 2T Capacity Ceiling Suspended Spanco Bridge Crane System, designed with a Runway Length of 102'-0". Sloped Hangers with Sway Bracing Included. Current design includes supports on 14'-0°/25'-0*/20'-0"/25'-0"/14'-0" with 2'-0" Cantilevers on each end. The bridge length is 20'-0". Bridge Speeds & trolley speeds are manually propelled. The hoist system is a Harrington model NER2020LD. A total of two hoist are included with the sale. The hoist have a two ton capacity limit. It is a single chain lift system capable of 20 total feet of lift. They are 460 volt and also come with a 16ft cord to operate the hoist system. Included you will find the photos for the original Sale Order from Spanco as well as the blue print drawing (see photos 2-7). Also are photos of original quote and orders for raw building materials which are being sold separately ARE NOT included in this sale (see photos 8-9). Photos of the palletized and boxed Harrington hoists showing new and still wrapped (see photos 1 and 10-11). Photos of the Spanco crane system show still to be banded and unused (see photos 12-18). Lastly you will find a photo of raw building materials we are selling separately which were ordered from Crest Steel. Light rust can be seen but steel is unused and ready for build out (see photo 19). The entire system is for sale and is ready for pick up. We can also assist in delivery if needed. Price is OBO!
