Description: Original U.S. WW1 era Springfield Armory M1910 that is dated 1917. Roughly 60,000 of the M1910 were made and this is marked #48281. Cross guard is tight. The sheath is a bit more wanted as it is a Brauer bros sheath with insert that dates 1917 rather than the common 1918. It may seem like the lighting but one side of the sheath on the leather IS actually faded in color as seen. This is a very nice example. Overall measures roughly 15”.
