Would be very easy to stitch closed and I I would fix it myself but I think I'll just sell it like this and let you get it closed. The Santana knit is very easy to close and should be pretty well almost unseen when closed so no big deal. You could always wear a broach there too if you choose. You can probably just do it yourself easily with a needle and thread. Colors are approximate: Navy blue Measurements while laying flat from side to side: Armpit to armpit un-stretched to stretched: 17-21 inches Length (top of dress to bottom hem): Approximately 36 inches Beautiful dress. Heavier weight, yet more fine threaded knit. Short sleeves. A-line skirt. Silver buttons down front to open. Large collar. Shoulder pads that can easily be snipped off if so desired. Very classy! Suitable to wear to work, church, party, wedding guest etc. This might be vintage but I'm not for sure. Important to Know.... Many of my dresses are clamped at the back for picture purposes to show you all the style of the dress better so in case you're wondering by looking at the picture that it might be too small since my mannequin is a size 2, it's probably clamped and will be larger when let loose but with the same shape. I try to dress the model proportioned to the style of the dress and not the size so you can see it better. Hope that helps. Please check measurements before purchasing.
