Description: Pretty, standard pillow sham with a blue and white floral design that reminds me a bit of the designs on some vintage porcelain. The label doesn't indicate the fabric, but I believe it might be cotton. The sham is in new condition, but as I mentioned above, has a weird quirk - the flange is not even around the sham. The shorter sides have about a 3" flange, and the longer sides differ - one is about 2 1/4", and the other is more like 4 1/4". I tried to show this in the last photo. It will still be pretty, but one border will be wider than another.
