The leather binding is in poor condition, front cover disconnected, spine has some damage, part of it is missing, age spots. the pages are in good condition, a few dog earred pages and a couple of pencil notations in the margin on a few pages. this book could be re-bound by a professional book binder and it would be great for a lawyer, especially from south carolina. about 500 pages. the leather is a little flaky too. Interesting book, has an index of crimes and infractions and how they should be handled. Not really something you'd put on the shelf without re-binding it.
