Description: This Stereotech 1200 (serial number BK1683) is in very nice cosmetic condition. Apparently, these were designed/licensed by McIntosh and built in Japan. The front panel shows very little wear and it comes with really nice wooden panels, which I haven't seen on any of the others sold on eBay. Inside, it's pretty clean and appears to be all original with no replaced parts, mods, or tinkering of any kind. We cleaned the controls with electrical contact cleaner, but otherwise no servicing has been done. It's playing great and has been tested with the auxiliary, phono, and AM/FM inputs. No issues were found! I apologize if shipping seems steep, but please keep in mind that this price includes the most professional packaging you'll find on eBay.
